1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kzynovex's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kzynovex provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• Business management systems
• Software consulting and architecture
• Maintenance and support services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond promptly to project communications
• Make timely payments as agreed in contracts
• Provide necessary access and resources for project completion
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be paused for non-payment
• All prices are in the agreed currency

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are determined as follows:

• Kzynovex retains rights to pre-existing code and frameworks
• Client receives full ownership of custom-developed code upon full payment
• Third-party licenses remain with their respective owners
• Source code delivery is subject to contract terms

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business processes, technical specifications, and strategic information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kzynovex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:

• Client may terminate with 30 days notice
• Kzynovex may terminate for breach of contract
• Termination does not relieve payment obligations for work completed
• Deliverables will be provided upon full payment

9. Warranty and Support

Warranty and support terms are specified in individual contracts:

• Bug fixes are provided for a specified period after delivery
• Support response times are agreed upon in advance
• Warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications
• Extended support may be available for additional cost

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan.
